Despite being flanked by established international café outlets, Laksa Shack carved a niche for itself with a loyal middle income customer base.

Its first outlet was set up at the oldest, most established suburban mall called Jaya Shopping Centre, serving up a variety of local delicacies, specialty coffee with a wide variety of noodles which became its signature offering.
